Roberts / Slaunwhite Wedding

As many of us know, the weather in here in Nova Scotia is infamous for throwing 180 curve balls at us. Caitlin and Kyle's wedding happend to fall on one of those oh so hot and humid days, that we couldn't find enough fans in the house to help keep the sweating down.

Thankfully, the ceremony sitting off a beautiful lake gave us a welcome break after a torturous afternoon under hot rollers, and curling irons. We even had big sister Erin on towel duty for poor Caitlin ;)

As much as I love working in new environments, going back to where you shot the engagement photos on the wedding day always excites me. I love seeing the evolution of images from the casual, excited couple, often having photos taken together for the first time, to when they're all done up and starting their life together. There's a whole new energy that shines through.

Thank you so much Caitlin and Kyle for letting us capture your day! We had so much fun <3

Also! I received this snapshot of some of our images on display in their home! It's always so touching to see our work on our clients walls!
